Worst customer service ever. Don't recommend to anyone who appreciates their own time and money. Alejandra needs to be trained on customer service and apparently so does the office manager Julie. They both need training on their policies.

I've been a patient of AdventHealth for years and the quality of service has diminished dramatically. It is impossible to get an appointment. We end up having to use virtual visits with a random doctor or urgent care. It is sad and ridiculous!

Great services ! Had to take my sister here and she was happy with it as well. Lakia was wonderful! She had a beautiful smile and very helpful :). Definitely made our visit pleasant. I we felt very welcomed .

By far the worst experience trying to call and get an answer. The staff is rude, disrespectful and utterly unhelpful. I called for a simple question of why my estimate was high for a visit (50 over my standard) 40 minutes and 4 transfers later I end up with Sierra, the rudest front desk person. Don't go here, you will wait forever and get no answers and rude staff. To your response. I called yesterday. Sierra cancelled my appointment without me asking to cancel it. I asked to talk to a manager around 1pm. I was told he would call back in 5-6 minutes. No one called. Not surprised. If a manager doesn't care, why would workers. 2/26/2025
