I have been going to Dr. Ranka for a few months now. I find Dr. Ranka and his office staff to be very, very professional and caring. Dr. Ranka LISTENS to me when I speak and looks at me attentively and answers all my questions and concerns. He does not have is nose in his computer, which is refreshing!
Dr.Ranka is great! Dr. Ranka welcomes me every time I visit his office which makes me feel that he cares! I do not feel rushed. He asks if I have any concerns and addresses them. His explanations are clear and understandable for the layman. The staff in the office are very pleasant.
Dr Ranka has my utmost respect as both My Doctor and I also consider him My Friend. He has always been there for me and there has never been a problem with getting an appointment when needed. I am Very Confident in him and have referred him to many of my friends who are also very happy with the care he and his office provide!
Dr Ranka, his NP, and support staff were all positive and efficient. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and accommodating in setting up next appointments. My first impressions of staff I met were a "10".
