They will violate your parental rights if you don't have a lawyer. The worst hospital experience ever, They threatened to falsely call DCF on us. This entire event spiked my wife's Blood sugar and I promise you they're lucky we can't afford a lawyer because they treated us like garbage when they couldn't get their way. Stephanie in the picture told us "it was against their policy" to leave with our baby in a brand new stroller with car seat and blanket attached. We did research to see if she was lying and she did. They feel as if certain people won't do the research and learned their lesson about judging a book. It's cover. after we refused their constant harassment to force us into a car (we don't want to put our newborn in a car with a stranger) and even though we legally don't need a car to walk our child 10 minutes away if he's safe and sound (His vitals were good and so were hers. His seat was safe and he had a blanket to cover him. We checked off every legal requirement to be able to walk baby home) I have video footage and will be building a case. Don't let St. Mary in west Palm try to force you into doing what they want. Learn your parental right because they will threaten you! Always do your research! Stephanie's supervisor is a very wicked woman, I never thought they'd be evil enough to threaten a new mother on her bday. Any family lawyers that are willing to help before I build this are welcome to message me. I want to make sure this never happens again. My mother got her surgery with Paley Institute, Dr. Barnhill the surgery center and Saint Marys was amazing. We got transfer to the water first floor. The care was excellent. I have to recognize amazing RNs that worked and CNA's. Fedine, Angelia and Brenda The attention, my mother got was excellent. The Customer Service physical therapy was amazing social worker Emily set up all the equipment for my mother to go home and even set up her appointment for her physical therapy to start on Tuesday. I cannot say enough words of what an amazing service and thank you for all you did for my mom I am very grateful to the staff.

Throughout our daughter's leukemia treatment, we were truly blessed to have Nurse Stephanie at Kimmel Outpatient Surgical, and we couldn't be more grateful for her care and dedication. Stephanie performs her work with excellence, professionalism, and, above all, with a tremendous love for what she does. Especially during Sophia's last lumbar chemotherapy, it was moving to see her beautiful heart join our family in prayer. Her empathy, kindness, and dedication touched us deeply. God is good and faithful. We love this incredible nurse and wholeheartedly recommend her!

I had such a wonderful experience at St. Mary's Medical Center! The labor and delivery staff were incredible -- kind, patient, and so supportive throughout the entire process. They made me (and my family) feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we understood what was happening. We couldn't have asked for a better team to welcome our baby into the world. Highly recommend St. Mary's to any expecting parents!

I was in the St. Mary's ER on Dec 13 in immense pain! The staff was absolutely phenomenal! I was brought back from the waiting room nearly immediately when I arrived! I hate hospitals with a passion! They scare me and I can truly say this was a blessing of a staff! Being scared, in pain and alone they made me feel like I was important and a part of the family! I was immediately greeted by West Palm Beach Police Officer Joshua Hall who is amazing! By far the friendliest cop I have ever met! Truly destroys the stereo type of cops! He was a true comedian, he treated everyone with respect from the cleaning crews to the nurses, visitors and even my family who I was constantly on FaceTime with! He put me as ease by joking and just being a light of joy! By far one of the happiest people I've ever met! Then there was the boss lady Vanessa who treated me as if I was her little sister! Very caring and explained everything to me in depth! Honestly, I am thankful for her she made sure I was good every step of the way and kept me up to date on all the info! I am beyond blessed for that! Then my primary nurse KIRSTIE whose an absolute saint! Where does the hospital find staff who care so much! Definitely not like JFK or Good Sam! She was so sweet and caring and Intentive she was by me the entire time and kept me company! I would also like to thank Lotoriea in registrations on making the process of paperwork a little less annoying. I'm not entirely sure who hired all of these angels but by far the most amazing medical care I've ever received from the amazing police officer to the nurses this unit is truly like a family! I'm blessed to have got to witness what perfection looks like in a hospital. I believe want to be a nurse now just so I can be a apart of a family like this!
