Dr. Thomas truly listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire visit. They were especially patient and understanding with my autistic son, which meant a lot to us. Even during the blood draw, they were gentle, patient, and very reassuring. We love Dr Pravader! She took the time to listen to all of our concerns and really listen to my daughter and what is going on with her. Our appointment was not rushed at all and she has knowledge of my daughter's genetic condition which most doctors have never heard of. We left feeling very confident of an accurate diagnosis.
My son, Elijah, is 2 years old and has been seeing Dr.Cruz for almost a year now. I wish all doctor offices were like Kidz Pediatric. There is barely a wait in the waiting room and the doctor is usually in the room within just a couple of minutes after they check the weight and height. Dr. Cruz always makes sure I understand all of his instructions to keep my son at his healthiest. I love that I don't feel like he's rushing and he takes time to address all of my questions and concerns. Although seeing Dr. Cruz is the main event, the rest of the staff is so important with everything they do and they are all so friendly and good at their jobs. Their office should be the blueprint for how all doctor offices should operate.
