My wife just drove 45 minutes to her appointment that was scheduled yesterday. She put our son in day care and spent money on gas tolls and parking. Yesterday prior to the appointment the man on the phone said they accepted our insurance and even provided the insurance cards . She gets to the office today and front desk is useless and said they dont and wont help with nothing. Waist of time and a day and costed me money. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY
My mother has been a patient here for a few months and I'm truly disgusted with her experiences. Not only are they blatantly rude, but extremely dismissive of every concern, and she has three scars on her face from the biopsies she's received here. She's had biopsies for years, this is nothing new, and they are not small marks. These are obvious PIH scars and I really hope this is not how every patient is being treated.
One of the most frustrating experiences I've had dealing with the NP's at West Palm Beach is the lack of proper medical treatment and prior authorization forms. It's unbelievable that no one seems to care, and the NYU phone lines remain unanswered. This is a disappointing experience, and I've already escalated the issue to the management team. Additionally, the nurse keeps faxing incorrectly to the wrong insurance department. Despite this, nothing has been resolved yet.
They need to hire a different team of people in the call center because it has happened twice where they've booked wrong department appointments. On top of that, they have stated that they take our insurance, and they don't. You don't find this out until you waste your time and money on gas and parking to get there, and then you're billed! It's ridiculous and unprofessional. Can't even say how the doctors are, unfortunately.
despicable service, "front desk" cosplaying as qualified receptionists, and 0 knowledge of how to check in people or their insurance. Completely incompetent and a mess in structure and communication. Stick to a private office PCP instead of this ratchet office. They confirmed they accept my insurance only to have me wait 50 min because they said they cannot accept it. So shady and rude.
