As we know, each review is an individual impression and perception of their reality. I say this because I saw several 1-star reviews as I scrolled down after my appointment today and that was not my experience at all (once in the building). I say oncenin the bld., because if is your first time, I suggest you try to arrive 15 minutes before or so if you want to park in the multi-level across. Looking for a parking spot at the lower levels can be challenging, but they habe plenty of parking spaces upper levels. They also have valet parking, but I rather walk. Once that's done, you must head to the security area to register. The'll get your ID, if you have appointment is more like a quick check, the lady before me didn't have an appointment and they capture some information from her ID, which took some time. Then, elevators, CC is in the #14th floor. There you register in the kiosk or just check in if you have the app. Being my 1st time, it'd have been great if I knew this processes before, bit now you know. Now, my app. was with Dr. Berg. He is an outstanding MD, with great manners, friendly, and experience. He was talking atnall times during the evaluation. That helped a lot, it calmed me down a bit and I knew what to expect next. Just a great doctor overall. Recommended!

I have been a patient here for about 3 years and have noticed a decline since the new CEO arrived. Had an appointment with a Dr. Peck, as he was recommended to me. 2 weeks prior to the appointment they changed my appointment to another Dr with no notice or contact. I canceled. My most recent appointment was a few days ago. The Dr never touched or looked at the computer! My visit was to be 30 minutes, he left the exam room 3 times so my visit was 15 minutes. When I used the portal to message him, asking a question about a possible diagnosis, he told me to make a telehealth appointment to discuss! My orders from this visit were not entered into MyChart correctly or transmitted to Quest. Clearly, they are trying to raise funds! I also emailed and called the Ombudsman, their message claims they will make contact the next business day. That was 2 days ago, haven't heard a word.i may have to move on....

First of all, why is valet parking $12? Highway robbery! The garage is bad enough with Cleveland Clinic giving no vouchers to park there free of charge over an hour, and my test required more than one hour. My garage fee was $6 for one and a half hours. In the radiology department where I was scheduled for a test, the receptionist who took my information was very nice, but the tiny waiting room had a patient with two phones. She used one for talking and the other one for watching videos, with the volume up. No one on the staff said a word to her. I endured that for one hour while waiting for the contrast dye to absorb. Almost every medical building or office I enter requires silent cell phones. It was so annoying that I almost left, but the test was too important. ----- Returned here to pick up a disk, making an appointment last week to do so at a certain specified time. Disk wasn't ready, no one knew about it, so I waited over an hour while my free hour in the parking garage was up as I negotiated the rigamarole of Cleveland Clinic's mistake. Will return there.

I have been a patient since 2008 . There is an extreme decline with PCPs. The physicians have no hospital privileges and many of the doctors have finished their 20 year private practices and do this just for retirement. I actually have had PCPs tell me this. There is no longer a diversity of specialists and like a manufacturing line each appt. Is 15 minutes and then you are rushed out. I really feel it has to go back to pre-covid care.

I arrived at this facility with an EMERGENCY MEDICAL ORDER, a situation that legally and ethically demands swift, competent care. What I encountered instead was systemic disorganization, staff unwilling or unable to assist, and a culture devoid of accountability. Every attempt to receive help was met with deflection: "not my job," "someone else handles that," yet contact information for that "someone else" was consistently inaccurate or outdated.
Even external doctors urgently trying to advocate for my care were met with indifference or outright dismissal. This isn't just poor service, it borders on gross negligence. Under standard medical duty-of-care principles, this level of inaction and disorganization could reasonably be viewed as a breach of professional obligations, potentially rising to the level of medical malpractice under state and federal law.
I've been a long-standing patient at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, where emergency protocols are taken seriously and patient well-being is a top priority. The experience at this facility was the exact opposite; careless, chaotic, and potentially dangerous.
If your health matters, or you expect a facility to uphold even the most basic legal and ethical standards of care, I strongly advise seeking treatment elsewhere. This location is not only ill-equipped, but it may also pose a significant liability to patients in need.
