I want to express my deepest appreciation for the extraordinary care my parents received from Dr. Vika Soma and his amazing staff at Wesley Chapel, FL office from the moment my parents arrived, the entire team made them feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Soma is an exceptional physician--kind, knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to his patients' well-being. He took the time to explain everything in detail, listened to all my parents concerns, and made them feel completely at ease. His professionalism and compassion are rare and so deeply appreciated. I want to give a very special THANK YOU to the stress-test nurse, who was beyond amazing. Her calm demeanor, reassurance, and attentiveness made a stressful procedure feel smooth and comfortable. She treated my parents with so much kindness and made sure they felt safe every step of the way. I also want to recognize the radiology team--professional, efficient, and incredibly caring. They worked together seamlessly and ensured my parents had a positive experience from start to finish. Their teamwork, patience, and friendly approach made a huge difference. This entire team is truly outstanding. Their dedication, compassion, and excellence shine in everything they do. Today was my first visit, VERY impressed with the entire experience. The new patient paperwork was very organized and user friendly. Excellent first impression with front office staff. Intake and EKG tech, very friendly and professional. Dr. Soma exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion was above and beyond fir a first appointment. He listened and validated my concerns and provided a plan for future care.

Had trouble with this place on payment. They overl charge me. The front desk said to call this number. Could not get through Tried over and over. Ok. Now months later, I had a new appointment. Went there 30 minutes ahead of time. Finally called and they put me in the back room and I sat there for 45 minutes. Decided to go out and see what is going on the girl who put me in the room says oh your still here. I said yes, I've been here 45 minutes and no one came in. 2 other ladies heard me. They notice my file was taken off the door. One said maybe the doctor has it. They all left me in the hall as they went back to doing their business. I'm like what. It's like why didn't they say? Let me find out what is going on or where is your file? I'll find it. I'll talk to the doctor nothing. Told them I want my co-pay back which was not a problem and I left. Call my insurance company told them and I went across the street to a new Doctor. You know that they would not even give any of my Medical recordsto the newDoctor.

Pleasant and professional office, large staff handles a busy clientele. Several Cardiologists on staff. A huge plus is that they have an attached unit with the latest equipment for running tests on-site. My doctor, Katul Chauhan, M.D., is an exceptionally talented Cardiologist who is detail oriented and focused on me during our time together. Highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience at Premier Heart and Vascular Center. Dr. Vivek Sengupta was very kind and explained everything clearly. The office is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made the visit even better. Although the wait time was a bit long, everything else about the visit was excellent. I highly recommend this center for anyone in need of cardiovascular care!
