I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Feliz recently. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and extremely caring. Dr. Feliz is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything regarding my heart health in terms I could actually understand. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt like my concerns were addressed. It is rare to find a doctor you can trust and have a great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Feliz to anyone looking for cardiac care.

He made us feel comfortable and took the time to answer any questions. Testing was quick and efficient, the staff was very friendly and great with handling everything. Dr Feliz is okay (rate 3 of 5) but the office staff here are horrible (rate 0 of 5). Every time you need assistance or scheduling they put you on hold for 20 plus minutes and still never respond. You have to make several calls and follow up to get service for basic things. When you do finally reach them they are confused and unable to do a basic appointment schedule. Partly due to poor thinking and work effort. At this point I am looking to transfer care to another office where the professional standards are higher. Very disappointing! It was run much better when Dr Marquez was present. Now that he is retired the decline is substantial. Look elsewhere for your care is advised!
