Not happy with the way we were treated here! My 3 yr old with fever, double ear infection, & cough. Her prescription was never called in. Waited 24 hours to get her prescription. The office excuse was due to a glitch in the system that is why it didn't appear at the pharmacy. What a coincidence with only our prescription. That is not what they told us the day before. We were told that they were waiting to hear back from the pediatrician to see if she had sent it to the pharmacy. They never heard back from her. I advise to check the medications that are given to our children by the pediatricians. Ask your pharmacist beforehand. I say this because my 8 month old grandbaby was prescribed PREDNISONE. Good thing I was with my daughter and was paying attention. She was prescribing him double dose of it. Something told me to ask because I had a feeling it was to much medication for a baby. I was right and she changed it when I pointed it out to her. That was a HUGE MISTAKE on her part! They don't take time to review. They rush to the next patient. I am not asking for the royal treatment. All I am asking is to be diligent when it comes to our children. Healthcare is NOT how it used to be! It is COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE!
