Not happy with the way we were treated here! My 3 yr old with fever, double ear infection, & cough. Her prescription was never called in. Waited 24 hours to get her prescription. The office excuse was due to a glitch in the system that is why it didn't appear at the pharmacy. What a coincidence with only our prescription. That is not what they told us the day before. We were told that they were waiting to hear back from the pediatrician to see if she had sent it to the pharmacy. They never heard back from her. I advise to check the medications that are given to our children by the pediatricians. Ask your pharmacist beforehand. I say this because my 8 month old grandbaby was prescribed PREDNISONE. Good thing I was with my daughter and was paying attention. She was prescribing him double dose of it. Something told me to ask because I had a feeling it was to much medication for a baby. I was right and she changed it when I pointed it out to her. That was a HUGE MISTAKE on her part! They don't take time to review. They rush to the next patient. I am not asking for the royal treatment. All I am asking is to be diligent when it comes to our children. Healthcare is NOT how it used to be! It is COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE!

Dr. Bruck was extremely unprofessional. He name called and made us feel very uncomfortable. He stood in the doorway, blocking me from leaving - while yelling at us for having different opinions on vaccinations than him, even though his office doesn't require it. Horrid experience, save your time and skip this place!

Kristen Archer is AMAZING. I originally took my daughter to her in Coral Springs and followed her up to Wellington. She is newer to the practice and SO worth a visit. She takes amazing care of both of my girls. She is personable, caring, and amazing at what she does. Your children are in great hands with her

Horrible experience. Had this pediatrician for 4 years because we were new to the area, We never really felt right it just got more and more uncomfortable. He was very pushy during covid and very condescending. It got worse when our third child was born. After being discharged from the hospital, we went to follow up at this office because the baby had jaundice. We were supposed to have the new doctor, but instead, he came into the room. He was worse than ever, and he got offended by the fact that we are parents who analyze what is best for our kids. He lost it completely, became very unprofessional, called us names, and yelled into the hallway before kicking us out of the office. He neglected to check the health of our 4 day old baby. All he cared about was his feelings. Thanks to this, we ended up at a wonderful office with a pediatrician who has a reputable 20-plus year trajectory and owns her own practice in close proximity to Palms West. Best of all, she is caring, respectful, and kind. Our kids love her, and we do too.

So sad to be moving and my insurance no longer covers this office! Kristin Archer is great and very personable, takes her time and give good care and I never have to wait long! Thank you for your services
