Extremely disappointed with the service at this office. The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely unorganized. No one seems to know what they're doing or how to communicate clearly. Appointments are always delayed, and the overall attention to patients is very poor. Sadly, the disorganization makes it hard to trust the care being provided. Would not recommend.

Didn't even get to check into my appointment. These ladies in the front don't even want to help a potential new patients.I'm glad they couldn't help me out.Cause I would not want to go and deal with this office or the people in it.

Stay away from this office!! No one knows what they are doing including the NP. I've been a patient here for a couple of years and it gets worst every year. I've met with Dr. Lopez (just ok) once a few years back and every time I return there is a new NP that has no clue. Not sure how this office is still operating!?! To add, they are renting exam rooms in a pregnancy office. This was my last straw! I had annual lab work done and received a message that I needed bloodwork repeated with no explanation. I called several times and then sent to VM each time. No one bothered to speak to me nor return my calls until I asked to speak to the office manager. Maria (OM) gets on the phone to try to offer medical advice when I didn't ask. She was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak. She went on to say that she is short staff and the reason no one can talk to me (for 3 weeks?!!!)They always say the same thing every year! Front desk is rude as well, as the nurses. Long story short, I printed my labs and took them to my OB he was able to review and recommend I take a vitamin D supplement. Everything else was good. Makes me wonder if they recommended to repeat labs for another patient. Just do yourself a favor and find another PCP. I did!!

This office is a joke! Stay away. I was referred to Maria Lopez yet was scheduled with someone else. I found out when she walked INTO my appointment room. Then l was scheduled for testing for a pain l had. Got called two weeks AFTER l had test done and told it was negative but no information over what my options were for pain/discomfort or what my diagnosis was. I called and the staff is so lost and asked me to come in for annual exam. That's literally what l just had. They put me on hold to ask doctor but instead sent me to voicemail. This office is scary confused. Not someone l will trust with my health or wish on anyone else!

There are so many issues with this office. For one thing Maria Lopez is rarely there so you do not get to see an MD all too often. Two I have been there and waited 45 minutes with no one else waiting only to get called in and then wait another 45 minutes and finally having to leave because the wait is just crazy and for no logical reason. It got so bad and I was sick and tired of not being able to see an MD. that I finally went to another Primary who I always get to see and Frankly I think he is a much better Dr, well at least in my opinion he is. Everyone has there own opinion. The only thing I like about this office is that Dr. Lopez on the rare times you get to see her is a nice person. Sorry I will not mention his name because I do not think that is fair to do that.
