I started seeing Dr Sai over a year ago,when I first started going their the lady in the front was VERY rude! When I got to the office she apologized and say that's how "she talks ". I continue to see the Dr and wanted me to get a kidney biopsy , he wanted me to go Thur Wellington hospital,I continue to wait on a call from them the hospital never called me,I continue to tell Dr.Sai office that and everytime they called the hospital they lied and said they called me and they did not, because I keep my phone on me just because I know my doctors call me,I continue to call my drs office to let them know they stated they will call the hospital again,last week on July 23 the Wellington hospital finally called me and tried to schedule after 3 months and claimed they called me and never did,so today I get a voicemail regarding Dr.Sai do not want to take care of me nomore I called the office back and the lady in the front was very rude and hung up on me and told me to argue with the hospital
Dr. Sai is that classic doctor with a perfect bedside manner, who knows his stuff and actually cares about the patient. Even when I could tell he was getting frustrated with me, I could see him hitting the internal "reset button". He's great, and I'm glad I was referred to him. Joyce is awesome too! If she leaves, so do I!!!
