I showed up for my appointment and the lady at the desk said there wasn't a doctor there. Why wasn't I contacted?! THEN she had the audacity to tell me I would be put on some cancellation list because my symptoms weren't severe enough. I am coughing up green, my eyes are swollen shut in the morning... Who made her a doctor and gave her the diagnosing responsibility? Please find people that care instead of getting treated like you don't exist here.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this office. Long Wait Times, Poor Communication, The staff seemed disorganized, and I had to ask multiple times for updates on my labs results, one of my important test was not even performed and they never bothered to let me know. I expect a doctor's office to provide timely, respectful, and attentive care. Unfortunately, fell short of these expectations. Based on my experience, I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this office. There are better healthcare providers out there. I work in the medical field and we don't treat our patients in a rude way, they need improvements to their patients care.

They have been our medical providers for a few years. The staff is extremely friendly, very attentive and follow ups are done timely. They pick up the phone when we call. They call in the prescriptions when needed. Both the Gunawardene doctors are excellent and thorough with their examination and follow up. I received a call from the doctor on a Saturday morning, for a follow up on my blood test. Also it was a long call!! This is the type of commitment they have for their patients. My husband and I are very pleased with their services.
