My experience at the clinic was very positive. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and attentive. The medical care was professional, clear, and each step of the process was explained to me. The facilities were clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Overall, I felt well taken care of and satisfied with the service provided.

This place is amazing. They always are very courteous and I appreciate that they are thorough. These days, it is difficult to find a place that has everything you need. The offices are clean and peaceful too!

if i could give 0 stars i would. the front desk lady is extremely rude and unhelpful. very disrespectful and has an attitude over simple questions. she should not be working there if this is the image this place wants to uphold. having bad days is fine but this has happened multiple times where she has been extremely disrespectful and it is not right. the patients should not be treated this way because you are having a bad day or don't like your job. it's completely unacceptable. do not come here unless you want to be treated like you do not matter and are a burden to help. edit: this also makes sense why when last time i went here she asked my mother and i to give this place a good review on here. seems like it was to drown out the bad ones, which clearly i see hold truth to them now. i cant believe this.

I haven't had any actual services from them. My rating is purely on a matter of ethics and lack of transparency. My primary doctor scheduled an echocardiogram with Venice hospital. They did a courtesy call, thankfully, to let me know that my out of pocket cost would be $2000, after my insurance. I told them to cancel it and I'd start shopping around. The Heart Institute of Venice would not reveal the cash price for CPT Code of 93306, without having the order first sent to them. I'm trying to shop around to find the market price, not bother my doctor over and over to send orders all over the place. FYI, the market price of echocardiogram, cash price, without going through insurance is $250 from many providers, no idea what Heart Institute of Venice charges since its a closely guarded SECRET. Don't get sucked into paying $1000s, look around. UPDATE: Raised rating from 1 to 3 Thank you for the response and sharing your reasonable price. I already got the service performed from another provider for $250, it was further away so its a shame that your receptionist wouldn't tell me the $256 price, I would definitely have gone to you. You mentioned the prices for all services are officially posted, can you share the link to that? I tried again to find on your website but wasn't successful.
