I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. Dr. JOHN ROG was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like a burden for having multiple health concerns. He refused to look at my list of health concerns and barely looked at my hospital records. Denying my CT report and telling me I had too much going on. He mocked my questions, and even made a comment Asking "can you not read?" when I asked for directions to the exit. All this happening after he suggested, maybe I find another doctor that would be willing to help me. I left in tears and felt completely unheard. I've never felt physically unsafe and verbally attacked in a doctors office. Thankfully, the staff and clinical office manager were kind and supportive and talked to me after offering me to see another provider, unfortunately, at that point, I let her know I did not feel safe. I later received excellent care at the Plant City location. They were able to see me the same day after hearing this she was able to diagnose, prescribe and address all of my concerns in one visit. I don't know what this doctor's problem is but avoid Dr. ROG if you're looking for a doctor who listens and cares. The man should have his license revoked and he should not be seeing patients with his anger management issues. I am still in utter shock. I left a review through the millennium group, so hopefully someone gets back to me.
