Dr. Vera A. Saprounova, MD

Dr. Saprounova is at least an hour late to every appointment, and when she does show up she is extremely rude and unhelpful. She seems to have more interest in discussing Bible verses with patients than actually discussing their health. I've never in my life met a more unprofessional doctor. Avoid this office at all costs.

This has been my Dr for many many years. She is very wonderful. She has helped me through everything and got me to the Right physician every time I need to go somewhere else she gets me The right provider I need. when I get to be sick. She always knows what's wrong. She is so good.

I hate coming 2 this office. They always tell me I do not have insurance when I pay $70 a week for it. The Dr. Do not let me talk at all and the lady that works at home tells me I will not get seen after I drove from Plant City to personal give them my insurance card. I am immediately looking for another Dr. P.s. I never get my meds sent to CVS like it should be. I do not recommend this office at all

If I could give zero stars I would. Never seen such a horrible office in my life. My aunt doesn't speak English so we have to schedule for her. Office never picks up the phones, line is always busy. You schedule phone call just so no one would call you!!!! You call them telling them that no one called and they tell you your time had passed you have to reschedule!!!! NO ONE CALLED. You Call the office so they could send referral to the other office they tell you they did, just for you to call the other office and find out that they never faxed it. All kind of excuses, then they tell you come pick up referral yourself, you take time off work, call them to let them know you're coming to pick up referral, they tell you ok. You come to the office and door is CLOSED, NO ONE THERE at 1:30pm. You kiss the door and go back (wasted gas, time and so much more). Not telling that you schedule with Doctor and never see her!!!!!SO MUCH MORE STORIES TO TELL

I've been coming here since 2009. I've never had any problems with Dr. Saprounova or Nurse Practitioners. If I have any questions, they're always very helpful and caring. They also address you by name before you even say your name, when coming in for an appointment. Everyone there are very nice, professional and on point with their work. The only way I will stop coming, is if they close down. Also, I see where someone wrote a review saying the wait time be long. Don't forget everyone, has different reasons to come to the Doctor, especially new patients. It's going to have your wait time longer. I love you guys!! Keep up the good work!!
