This was one of the best first visits I have ever had. From the reception desk to Jennifer to Dr. Niegos, I could have been more pleased. Jennifer was excellent with her procedures. Very pleasant and conversational (though I did most of the conversing). Dr. Niegos listened to my treatment preferences. He gave me information of high value. I was sent notes from our meeting that will help me do better with my A1c, blood pressure, and insulin use. I am very satisfied with my visit.
Dr. Rodriguez Navedo is my rheumatologist & I am so glad I have her overseeing my care. She is an excellent doctor: knowledgeable, thorough & caring. She listens to your concerns, explains the best treatment options, and develops a treatment plan with you. The office staff & medical assistants are also friendly & efficient. A+++
Dr. Maribel Chivas (GYN) the best doc ever! I have been an ICU nurse for over 30 yrs. So impressed with her. Highly recommend! Sorry boys, but with her expertise you guys will benefit too! lol she is kind, knowledgable and listens. Came up with multiple options and spent time going over every one.
We arrived for appointment for my wife's bone density scan. Greeted immediately upon arrival, checked in and directed to appropriate waiting area. Within only 3-5 minutes we were greeted by Brittany and taken back for her scan. Brittany's professional yet sweet southern charm made our visit an exceptional experience. Our scan was done. My wife was completely comfortable and we were on our way again in only minutes. Thank you Brittany!
I had a 2:00 appointment and arrived at 1:30. The receptionist was very nice and checked all my information to make sure it was correct. Then she directed us to our waiting area. I wasn't there more than 5 minutes when I was called by Brittany. She was smiling as she said hello and brought me to the room for the bone density test. It only took about 15 minutes while we had friendly conversation. Brittany was a pleasant and professional young lady.
