I called The Village Health on Saturday morning. They opened at 9am. I was checked for COVID up at the front area.The nurse took me back immediately asked me a few questions and the doctor came in shortly. He sent in my prescription and off I went. In total about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service they provided. Robert Moreno
We have been in the villages just over two years now. We were very blessed to find Dr Ashley Wood at Creekside. She is an absolute gem. We have also had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jenna and Chelsey two of her nurse practitioners. They are all so caring. Everyone at that office from the moment you walk in is welcoming and concerned, and they will all go out of their way to address all of your needs. You are never rushed. At this stage of life it can be a little scary finding a new doctor when you move. We are thrilled to have found Dr Wood and all her staff.
First time in 13 years I needed to use the Villages Health Urgent Care and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and thoroughly they handled it. Dr. Victor Flores was quick to assess the situation and provided suggestions and advice on treatment. He determined that an X-ray would rule out a potential cause and it was done immediately. From check in to check out, the staff was great. Hoping I never need them again, but very grateful to know they are there!
I'm a new patient, and have only used Creekside for less than one year. I respect and appreciate my P.A. Robert and Medical Assistant Kim. They are both great at hearing and addressing my concerns. My lab visits at Creekside have been positive. I just started using the patient portal and that is also a good experience. I also have a great MD, Dr. Henry for yearly visits. I feel supported and the staff at the reception & check out areas has been very positive. I know there is a transition about to happen with The Villages Health and I hope it is positive for both patients and providers. I will be inquiring and watching as time goes on.
