The Heart of Florida has been a lifesaver for my husband right now and a long time ago, they were amazing to me. I had 2 tumors and they found them! Now since 2016 I've not had a single seizure and no migraines I'm hoping the urologist is wrong and I'm blessed with knowing that the Heart of Florida is there for us.
Avoid the male doctor here unless you want to NEVER be seen. Had an appointment with him today and for the THIRD TIME I got a call at 8am day of my appointment to cancel because he's "not going to be in the office" yeah. An appointment I made months ago, for a second time. CANCELED AT 8am. Completely unprofessional and I'm sick of this. Also, don't waste your time with Brandi as she's not going to listen to any of your concerns, she'll just rush you out the door and make you feel small and dismissed. Wild behavior from healthcare professionals.
Worst place ever. The doctor is good Brandi butler but the red head with long crimpy curly hair is the absolute worst. Every time we are in there she is beyond rude. She began yelling at me in front of my child when I simply came in asking for records which she failed to provide 3 weeks prior or even put in a request for them. She yelled that I just dont listen and then refused to help at all. I had to call someone else who took care of it for me. She should not be working in health care. It wasn't just a bad day the first experience with her was in january the beginning of july and the end of july. She also failed to put in correct information after being told by myself and Brandi causing a 2 week delay in my child's care. This is a horrible place to go and we have since changed doctors due to this one lady. The office manager told me she was aware of the problems at that office and that they were working on it but it is taking a long time to be treated badly The rude lady used to be the checkout lady's now she checks people in and out because they aren't able to hire someone. She needs to get out of Healthcare and I hope she does and never works with people again in the Healthcare field
I've been looking for a great doctor for years. I finally found a great fit with Norine Faatz! The front desk is covered by two very friendly and knowledgeable ladies. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and friendly, and it makes you very comfortable. I feel that my health is FINALLY in the right hands. Hands down, best practice I've ever experienced. If I could give more than 5 stars, definitely would!
I came in needing a primary care provider. And now I have one at a great place too. They were very helpful and very kind with my needs. Thank you.
