One of the most challenging problems of moving to FL from another state is finding good doctors to replace the ones you've known and depended on for many years. Well, I'm very happy to say that I've found a wonderful replacement for my MA cardiologist in Dr. Basel Al Aloul. From the very first appointment, my wife and I have been impressed with Dr. Aloul's professionalism and thoroughness. When he had had the opportunity to study my medical history, he immediately ordered a halter monitor, ecocardiagram and stress test to benchmark and update my medical status. When I suddenly began to show symptoms that were not necessarily consistent with my test results, his excellent judgement told him that a cardiac catheterization was called for which he himself performed at Leesburg Hospital. During the procedure, he discovered that an artery was, in fact, significantly blocked and he inserted a stent to resolve the blockage. As a result, I haven't felt this good in several years. OBTW, he's just a fun guy to be around with his great sense of humor and he has listened to everything I've said in developing my treatment plan. Thank you, Dr. Aloul for taking such good care of me during the short time that we've known eachother. I recommend you without any hesitation.
