Samuel Goss, DO, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist who specializes in general clinical cardiology. He is a highly experienced clinician providing expertise in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases. He believes in a patient-centric, health-oriented approach to cardiovascular care. After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri, Dr Goss completed a residency in internal medicine and fellowship training in cardiology at the prestigious Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He previously served as an adjunct professor at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM).Dr Goss has served Lake County in private practice for nearly 30 years.

Dr. Goss is my cardiologist. He is very caring and has an excellent "bedside manner" (albeit I was never in a "bed"). He is also very thorough, when certain tests came back non-conclusive he continued to dig deeper to insure that all bases were covered. Like all businesses (and a Doctors office is a business) they can struggle with certain employees. Generally I found his office staff to be courteous. However what matters to me the most is the doctor himself. That said, in my opinion Doctor Goss is superb. He spent time with me explaining what we were going to be looking for and the purpose of the battery of tests that he was about to run. He spent exceptional amounts of time reviewing the results. He listened to my concerns and took the time to address them all. Happy news everything came out clear. I was so relieved. I highly recommend Dr. Goss
This group has saved my life countless times over. Dr. Goss is one cool dude, he will take care of you. Being in the hospital more than a few times I've been fortunate to meet several doctors in this group. One is kind of loopy, the rest are amazing doctors and human beings. The female doctor has a military back ground, just chip through the ice a bit and you'll see a classy caring woman appear. Love them all, Freifield has done a lot of work on me, I can't say enough about him, I love that due he saved my life and has helped keep me alive. Tremendous group of cardiologists.
Takes time this is patience caring and very understanding
Dr. Goss is A OK in my opinion, However the staff seems unable to answer the phone to get a followup appointment rather relying on an answering machine even during normal business hours. Likewise requests for an appointment on their website appointment form go unanswered even eight days later! If you want an appointment you might as well go down and do it yourself!
