Today was my first visit. Could not have been better. Dr. Tillman listened carefully to my medical history. He showed broad AND detailed knowledge combined with patience and gentleman manners. I felt best taken care of, medical wise and as a person. Last but not least: Whole office staff is awesome friendly and empathetic. Counterservice is very well organized regarding appointments and explanations for procedural questions.

Dr. Tillman is excellent--but the office staff makes this practice unbearable. If I could give negative stars for the office staff, I would. Dr. Tillman himself is everything you'd hope for in a cardiologist: knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. He takes his time, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is a nightmare. The office staff--especially Rob, the so-called "office supervisor"--is consistently unresponsive and disorganized. It takes multiple phone calls and endless back-and-forth just to get basic questions answered or prescriptions processed. My husband was seen on August 19th, and three weeks later, his heart medication still hasn't been filled. The pharmacy has tried repeatedly to contact the office, but they've received no response. For a heart patient, this kind of delay is not just frustrating--it's dangerous. To make matters worse, the wait times are excessive. After checking in and sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, we were left waiting in the exam room for over an hour before being seen. This level of carelessness and inefficiency adds unnecessary stress--especially for patients dealing with serious health issues. I truly wish Dr. Tillman practiced elsewhere or had a more competent support team. We've decided to move on and find a provider whose entire office reflects the same level of care and professionalism as the doctor himself.

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Tillman. From the moment I walked in, the staff was polite, friendly, and made me feel welcome. Dr. Tillman was professional, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable cardiologist!

Staff was great getting me in right away as a New Patient. From check in to assessment everyone was so nice. Dr Tillman was amazing. Really took his time with me and answered all my questions. I was in and out in under an hour.

I had a very good first visit with Dr. Tillman answered all my questions checked all my meds and has me lined up for some test which are overdue. It was a great visit. Look forward to continuing with him going forward.
