Temple Terrace Family Physician

Been going here for 25 years, the past 2 years it has really gone in the toilet. My doctor is great, but the support staff sucks. They don't call you with results or that you need a visit, when you call they're rude and act like you're bothering them to do the job they're paid to do! I'm now switching to a new doctor because of this, it's a real shame!!!!

They would rather lose a patient than help one out. Their office manager only cares about getting money. If you have more than one issue, guess what, you need to make another appointment because they need as much money as possible. It also doesn't help that it takes days to be seen if you are sick (try making an appointment on Monday, and get seen on Friday -- off to an urgent care clinic I guess!) and weeks to be seen if you are well. Avoid at all costs.

it use to be wonderful. not anymore. I called to make an appointment for a physical. I was told I would get a phone call within 24 hours. that was 2 days ago. why couldn't I make an appointment with the people who answered the phone who is supposed to setup appointments?

Don't go to this doctor if you need to be seen quickly. I called sick and they offered me to come in on November 5th. That's essentially 2 weeks from now. They didn't even offer a walk-in solution. They told me to go to urgent care if I need to be seen same day, even for a sinus infection.

I have never had a problem in the 10 years I have been a patient there. They are always thorough, and take time to inform and educate. They do lab work there which is convenient.
