I came in as a walk-in patient and was honestly so impressed with the care I received. Dr. Lu took the time to really listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my plan of care before I left. His calm and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease.
It's rare to find a provider who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also genuinely understanding and trustworthy. I felt confident in his medical judgment and appreciated how respectful and thorough he was. I would absolutely recommend this provider to anyone looking for high-quality primary care, even as a walk-in.

My first visit and I feel like family and they really care and help me get better and back to a normal life. The receptionist area ladies were very welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit. The doctor was very reassuring.

This Doctor doesn't take any insurance other than Medicare, he started off at 125, went up to 150 and now recently went up again to $175. I had an appointment with him and told him my anxiety was doing terrible and he told me to call back if it persisted and when I did a couple days later I was told I had to pay another 175 dollars and the doctor couldn't talk on the phone when I heard him in the background. They told me to go to the hospital and when I did they acted like they didn't believe me that I had to go. Changing doctors was the best thing for me to do, they're going to end up killing someone over 175 dollars.

I visited SQ2 Primary Care recently with an infection in my finger. I was happy with the treatment I received from Dr. Lu who was knowledgeable, effective, and caring. I was also pleased with the efficiency of the staff on my visit. I would visit this clinic again in the future with confidence. Thank you, Dr. Lu and staff.

Dr. Lu has been my primary care physician for the past 5 years and I'm impressed with his knowledge, the courtesy and competence of his staff, and the ease of getting in to see him or even telemed with him when I have a health issue. Dr. Lu is knowledgeable and is spot on identifying what the problem is and what alternatives are to treating it.I'd thought I had shingles per my former primary provider's misdiagnosis almost 10 years ago, but Dr. Lu correctly diagnosed it as trigeminal neuralgia which I can treat myself without Big Pharma involvement. Dr. Lu discusses options, may make a recommendation, but accepts that I may not want to follow his recommendations also. And, when I need to see him, his staff will get me in that same day. Dr. Lu and his entire staff really LISTEN. They discuss the issue in depth and I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable and up to date they are. When a referral is advisable, he and his staff send me to the best in the area. No patronage, just the best care available. I've had good and less than good doctors, p.a.s, n.p.s over the past 50+ years, and I think Dr. Lu is the best of all the General Practitioners I've ever had - by a good margin. Especially pleased to have found hi. as he is young enough that I can keep him as my g.p. for the rest of my life. Can't praise SQ2 and Dr. Lu enough.
