5 stars for Doctor Sami Elchahal, he's amazing and experienced. If I could give 0 stars for the staff, I would. Very rude, very unprofessional. This is very unfortunate because when you go to a cardiologist, you wouldn't be in the best mood or state of mind and the last thing you need to deal with is rude front desk staff.
The office staff is amazing. They care and go out of their way to help you. Dr. Elchahal explains everything and gives you time for any questions. I trust him and I would highly recommend.
Dr. Elchahal is a great doctor and he deserves 5 stars. They don't make them like that any more. He is thorough, he listens, he cares, he explains, he takes his time. I don't mind waiting for him because I know he is also giving another patient the same attention I will receive. However, the reviews regarding the front desk staff are unfortunately accurate. They can be rude and short and not polite. You will get an automatic 'please hold' when you call and they may get back to you. If you are going for a test, don't just sign in, tell the front desk because you have to go to another area and the check in process is different. Don't let the first impression on the phone or in person discourage you. You will be in GREAT hands with Dr. Elchahal!
He listens. I have felt so comfortable under his care (and his associates) that I have referred friends and relatives to him. 3 doctors in Pinellas misdiagnosed my mother. He nailed what was wrong over the phone. He is a gifted physician.
Awesome Loving & Caring Doctor I have been Dr. Elchahal's patient since 2010, He is a very caring, kind, & compassionate doctor, who cares about his patients. & His whole staff are just as awesome & compassionate as he.
