Went to the appointment and had to have my oncologist okay by them because he wasn't in their group. Then I was told that prescriptions would be called in, had to call two days later because they weren't, was told I would get a call back, but didn't until I called again two days later. Will be changing my PCP this is not going to work for me. I am fighting stage four cancer and I don't have any fight left for this crap. And on top of everything else I am now having to pay out of pocket for a treatment that had to be done close to the starting of this insurance and their were no available appointments to get established before the treatment and they don't back date the referral because it was before I was established. Oh they said I should have put off my treatment until I was established. I could not take that chance.

I called the office looking to book n appointment for a PCP and instead I got a five minute speech on how I would be completely under Maxhealth's care losing my choice of specialists and having them determine when I see a doctor. It actually included a mandatory visit should I ever be hospitalized. I don't understand how anybody sign up for this.

My health care provider Dr Alejandro Trujillo. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. MaxHealth has a amazing staff like Kevin, front desk. This young man tries find ways to find me a appointment. The nurses and the rest of costumer service representatives, are passionate with their work. I appreciate their attention detail with referrals appointments. It's hard to find a health care provider who listens to you and your concerns.

I inquired online about a new patient appointment with Dr. Blessing. I did not receive any response after a day so I decided to call. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and then put me on hold. I waited for 17 minutes on hold and decided to hang up. Apparently this isn't the office for me.
