Our daughter was born prematurely in 2023 and had a tough start to life. After contracting COVID-19, she had to be hospitalized again. During this stay, we were fortunate to have Dr. Jeremy Ringeald as her cardiologist. He carefully evaluated her and identified a significantly large PDA that was impacting her lungs. He clearly explained the urgency of closing it and strongly recommended timely intervention. We scheduled her PDA closure surgery a month after her recovery from COVID. The procedure was smooth and successful, and we were able to bring her home the very next day. Since the surgery, our daughter has truly flourished--she started drinking milk with enthusiasm, breathing with ease, and steadily gaining weight. Now, at a corrected age of 20 months, she's thriving and running. We're incredibly thankful to Dr. Ringeald for his insight, care, and expertise during such a critical time.
