About Dr. James Irwin, MD
James Irwin, MD, is a board certified electrophysiology cardiologist with over 35 years of experience. He has an undergraduate degree in combined sciences from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Irwin earned his Doctor of Medicine from Penn State University in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He then completed an internal medicine internship and residency from the University of Pittsburgh, Presbyterian and Veterans Administration Hospitals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Irwin then completed a cardiology/electrophysiology and pacing fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Caroline.
