I rated not necessarily Dr Acevedo but the office. I received 2 text messages canceling appointments. One for an appointment four days out. The other for an appointment next year. Previous to that, I received another text message canceling my appointment. So this past week I called to reschedule and find out why the cancellations. I have not heard back and it's been five days. When I have been in the office, I've had to wait around 30 minutes in a room, then leave the room to find out if she's going to see me. This is very disappointing as Dr Acevedo has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable.

Doctor Acevedo is friendly and caring. Always willing to listen and offer advise to make changes in lifestyle rather than quick to prescribe meds to fix. Her staff is friendly and caring as well.

Dr. Acevedo is simply the best! She always makes me feel heard and takes the time to listen to any issues or concerns I have. Her caring and compassionate approach truly sets her apart. On top of that, she's incredibly funny and takes the time to get to know her patients, making every visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful doctor!

I used to be Dr Acevedo's patient until today, she is a very friendly doctor and good for the physicians standard (annual check ups and stuff). Every single year that I had my appointment with her, I ALWAYS had to wait for at least 35 minutes in the room to being seen, always a long wait after checking in, and never left, complained nor wrote a negative review about it. Today I had an appointment at 10:00, got at the front desk at 10:12, and what I heard after checked in was that they already had called me, and Dr Acevedo asked them to reschedule my visit (12 minutes). I told the receptionist that I didn't wish to schedule and left. No tolerance at all, that was a surprise to say the least from someone who always made me wait.

I am a new patient and went to Dr Acevedo based on my wife's recommendation. I arrived early and was called back without having to wait. The nurse took vitals before we went to the exam room. I filled out a quick questionnaire and soon after I finished, the doctor came in. She reviewed and we chatted about medical history. She did an exam and I was done in no time. She listened and was patient. She provided sound advice. I never felt rushed. I genuinely hate going to any doctors, but this was a very positive experience. Highly recommend the practice and Dr Acevedo.
