Gus Agocha, MD, PHD, FACC

As much as I like and trust Dr Agocha, I have being extremely disappointed with the overall service. I live 2 hours away from his office and the last " visits" was telehealth " zoom meeting, which was great for me. We decided to switch the medication because was causing me extreme fatigue and I couldn't do it because of my busy schedule. I had the follow up appointment scheduled and I even decided on my own to do an echocardiogram and send to Dr Agocha 1 week before my appointment, I printed the results and also sent the original CD. 2 or 3 days prior my appointment, they called me his office to confirm the appointment but next day they called me to reschedule. I saw the voice message and called next day to reschedule and spoke with a nice lady but she just took my message and told me someone would contact me soon. They never did, so about a week later I called again to find out about the new appointment and got the same answer " they will contact you ", this time I told her about the navy blue color envelope that I sent to Dr Agocha with my echocardiogram results, she confirmed that they received. I waited another week or so and called the office again ( 3rd time) and told the person that nobody was contacting me to reschedule my appointment that they canceled, the person was apologetic and told me that she could see that I called before and she apologized saying that someone will contacted ASAP.......... That never happened I called the 4th and last time and this time I explained how frustrated I was since they canceled my appointment and NEVER contacted me again, pretty much they just dropped me as a patient for no apparent reason or explanation. I believe Dr Agocha is a good doctor, I have CHF and he is specialized in my condition, but treat a patient like that for no reason at all is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and makes you think twice if you really want to be treat by such a careless and unprofessional Doctor and his staff.

Horrible. With all the evidence and backup support Dr Agocha had he refused to do the proper heart surgery on my husband. His office was disrespectful telling him every time he was not an emergency. By the time Don died waiting for another heart Doctor. Dr Agocha and his staff one hundred percent ruined Donald's self respect, quality of life, and he suffered miserably until he dropped dead. Dr Agocha and his staff had no compassion for Donald. Beware if you are different. The scheduler will put you on the bottom for all procedures. In our case it cost a life.

Dr Agocha is excellent. My husband has been his patient for a few years now. He is very thorough. He takes his time talking to you and listening to you. My husband is doing much better now because of Dr Agocha and his assistant Louise. I highly recommend Dr Agocha.

Had a continuation (7 years) of only positive experiences. Both Dr. Agocha and his nurse Louise are true gems.

Y first visit after moving here went very well. He had reviewed y transferred file and was well prepared for my visit.
