Dr. Popat has been very helpful in my journey to better health. I have lost almost 70 pounds in the past 1 1/2 years through his suggested intermittent fasting diet. I was skeptical because my preconceived notions about fasting were totally (not me).. I gave it a go and it has truly changed my life from a health and wellness standpoint as well as simply looking and feeling waaaay better. I do not eat after 6:30pm and do not eat again until 11-11:30 the following day. Sounds scary but it's really easy to do. When I do eat, I make better choices (but still eat very well and get full). I'm now off of some of my meds and have reduced others. Do yourself and favor and see Dr Popat and let him help you get well and feel better. You'll be glad you did.
