The doctor I saw was very friendly, knowledgable, and listened to me. I didn't feel rushed through my appointment or that I couldn't ask whatever questions I wanted. He explained everything in a manner which I understood, however, I probably won't return because the front desk staff completely forgot I was there. I went 3x to this office and all 3x I waited for hours - HOURS - for my appointment, and I had to remind them that I was there multiple times. On my last visit I left without being seen because the waiting room wreaked of strong curry and urine, which was making me nauseous, and they were almost 2 hours late for the appointment, but every time I asked how much longer she would say oh it's just a few more minutes. After seeing multiple people arrive, sign in to be seen by my doctor, and then be seen before me I decided no one was valuing my time so I left. If I were running late I would be told me reschedule my appointment. The doctors are great, if you can get past the front waiting area to see them.

This one star is for Dr Feliz . He is a wonderful doctor and has saved my husband 3 times. The staff is Terrible . My husband just had major surgery and the doctor at Advent wants to take him off two heart meds. I have called the last two days and have left messages at the nurse station and they say they will call you back in 24'hrs and they haven't. The app i can get is 5 weeks away. So i will drive to the office to see if I can speak to someone about his meds. Me Im taking my heart and im going to go across the street to Florida Medical where my mom.goes.

My mother's appointment was for 11:30 am they took her to the back to wait for a stress test , then forgot she was there. Whoever was supposed to do the stress test left for the day, my mom sat there until almost 2pm !!! Absolutely horrible, please do better !

I've been seeing a cardiologist here for the past seven years. Each year I am scheduled for two pacemaker tests. Even though my appointments are booked six months in advance, they have a policy in place to overbook patients for these same tests. This is not the first time I've had to experience delays in the waiting room. The last time I had an appointment, I waited for over an hour while observing patients come and go. I finally confronted one of the patients to inquire about their appointment time and he told me "there was no appointment, the office told them to show up at a scheduled day/time". So be aware and prepared to wait and watch other patients stroll in and out during your scheduled appointment time.

Love the entire staff here. They all are very attentive to giving the patients the best experience. From the minute you walk in the front desk reps are polite and courteous. The scheduling team, the office manager, the nurses, the radiologist, the entire team is just absolutely on their game! They handle every visit with care. Thank you all for showing up to serve myself and others.
