Dr. KLEIN is a very good cardiologist. The billing department is totally incompetent. They admittedly overcharged me $511.43. I have been trying to get the $ back for 9 months.

They don't even deserve a rating but if you don't choose something then you cannot post anything! They are the worst of the worst. Although the doctors may be good the office is run poorly. Very Poorly. No one seems to be able to do anything even as simple as calling in a prescription for patients. 7 hours later and still no prescriptions called in! They give you the excuse that the clinical person is out for the day - the nurse is with patient(s) - they transfer you to lines that no one ever answers - that's even if they answer the phones when you call the office! and this is a CARDIOLOGIST OFFICE!
