The doctor was thorough and very helpful. He was kind enough to recognize. My son has other issues and notated on his chart. He takes on a lot of patients because he actually cares.

Cannot get ahold of anyone in the office via phone. No follow up calls after leaving voicemails. Office is unorganized with transfer of medical records.

The place looks more like a hunter house than a Doctor office. They don't take care of maintenance, decoration or even cleaning. It's not at all what you expect to find when you taking your kids to visit a doctor. The costumer service is horrible. After our worthless visit, we make the decision to find another doctor. When we call to the office to request them to cancel the procedures authorization they got from our insurance, they refused to help and make us to waste a lot of time. The person on the phone was "Julio", he was very rude and didn't show a minimum of professionalism. People acting like that are a potential liability. Is inaceptable that someone in charge of taking care of patients plays games with kids in need of medical attention.

Awful service. Terrible place. If u could give zero stars I would. Office is run down, dirty, nothing that you'd expect a pediatric office to look like. Dr showed up in a stained T-shirt and flip flops to examine my 14 year old. No bedside manner what so ever. Cold and unapproachable when it came to asking questions. The front desk person I was I contact with several times prior to upcoming appointments to confirm the referral number was in place. She said it was approved everything was ready to go. Both times I showed up, it was not. Had to spend hours outside with insurance and her pediatrician to fix it whilst the Dr saw other patients. Her Pediatrician said he sent it three times and read me the medical notes stating date and times it was sent to them. We had to wait two hours past our appointment time. Wasting an entire day of work/pay. We couldn't get a referral out of there fast enough. I'm amazed this office is open and practicing. Don't waste your time. Look else where for better pediatric cardiology care.

I honestly do not understand any of the negative reviews. Dr. Babu was amazing with our autistic son. He was thorough with the examination and so patient. He answered all our questions. My son liked him so much that he did not want to leave the office. He kept saying "doctor!" It was cute.
