Went to the cardiolist office and was told my appt was canceled, they called my emergency contact instead of me, and I never received it. I was upset as I was having heart attack symptoms. As I was trying to reschedule the appt with the clerk the office manager Sophia stepped in and told me I could not come in again until cleared through the dr. There were 5 or 6 employees video taping me behind my back. I was later contacted by the Dr who said I was banned from the practice. I went to the ER a few days later and needed stents inplanted.
