Advanced Cardiovascular Center: Randall Rodney R MD

Dr. Randall should write a book for all healthcare providers on how to run an office so efficiently. His office is the first doctor's office I've been to where you are seen at your appointment time, you don't wait forever for the nurse to start your appointment and you see the doctor right away. I have been for two stress tests and both times was a very pleasant experience. The staff was great and happy. I was told they would call me the next day with the results and both times they called at 8:30a with the results. This entire office staff and production gets a five star A+ review. I've never seen anything like this in healthcare. Job well done.

Wonderful first experience! Everything ran incredibly smoothly, all of the staff were kind, knowledgable, and helpful, and I especially liked Dr. Randall! He was quick into the room, was a great listener, and all around excellent to work with. Grateful to have been referred here and would recommend!

Dr Randel seems as he's too busy to see patiences in the hospital , have been waiting for him to see my mother for over 10 days . I called his office on multiple occasions and finally on the 11th day the office manager answered me and stated they have not received a consult which is needed to see my mother , Which is a LIE they have received numerous of consults he just doesn't care enough to see a patient in the hospital I was standing next to the nurse and primary physician in the hospital when they called his office. I was also a patient of Dr. Randall and I will no longer go to him anymore. His office manager needs to be fired for the way she talks to people. The fact is it's all about money he doesn't make enough money seeing patients in the hospital and rather see them in his office. Find a different cardiologist

First visit to this Doctor and his office today by referral from my family Doctor. I could not be happier. A truly outstanding office and staff. Waiting rooms the best I've ever seen and a minimal wait. Staff was very friendly, personable, attractive, and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early and was seen well before my scheduled appointment time. In and out in 45 minutes despite several tests and the Doctor consult. Dr. Randall spent substantial time with me, gave me plenty of time to explain my issues in detail, was very nice, polite, professional, and thorough. All in all, I believe that this may have been the best visit to any Doctors office I have ever had in over 50 years. I'm very happy with my referral to this Doctor and his great staff.

I would 100% recommend this place. Everyone has been great and helpful from the moment I called in to schedule my first appointment. I met with Dr. Natasha Mehta and she is hands down one of the best specialists I've met with! She is caring and actually listens. If it wasn't for her I'd still be feeling terrible. She helped resolve my concerns and I'm starting to feel my best self! Thank you :)
