Drs. are good but customer service is terrible. Every time I call, I'm "caller number 27" or more, and there's no call-back option. I've been trying to get an email to join the portal for 6 months and can't get any resolution. They just keep saying, "You should get an email." But when I don't, nobody is there to help, which makes communication with the provider more than difficult, despite numerous chronic conditions that need to be coordinated with other providers. I even emailed TMH to ask IT to get in touch and provide some assistance. I haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointed. Seems communication is not a priority for this practice.
