Exceptional, experienced, knowledgeable. I have worked in cardiology for over 30 years and recommend Dr. Katopodis unequivocally. We had some initial differences of opinion but he was quite capable of tolerating discussion, and seems to have his patients' best interests at heart. And, as an interventional cardiologist, he is flawless. The best I have ever experienced. You want someone with his experience and his ability to sort out a patients' issues. Dismissive of symptoms and barely spent five minutes in the room. Unprofessional office.

I'm sure the office might be fine, but Katapodis should be avoided. My wife visited early spring 2023 and after waiting a couple hours to be seen, they had to go find her charts because they hadn't looked at them yet...then Katapodis disregarded her symptoms as anxiety because she was 30 and otherwise healthy. We got a second opinion from UF Health and she had to have open-heart surgery.
