The office staff is always pleasant, and my doctor (Larson) never makes me feel rushed at my appointments. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I also appreciate that the office uses email communication for non emergencies. It's very nice to shoot off a quick message and receive a response from my doctor or staff. Dr. Taylor Larson was extremely professional, respectful, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the entire visit more comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was shorter than expected. She is well-versed extremely knowledgeable accurately can diagnose and treat the most complex medical concerns never rushes you and the way they schedule their labs test and medications have always been on point. I would recommend this practice 10 out of 10.
My experience began with a visit to the ER. Ultimately, a visit to Urgent Care resulted with having to be admitted. My insurance company required me to select a primary care. Fortunately, the primary care clinic is in proximity with HCA Florida Capital Hospital. Very convenient. Lab work can be performed right there. Lab results are explained in understandable terms. Follow up care is available on an as needed basis. No delay. It doesn't get any better than this. Keep up the good work
Even though I showed up very early, I was able to be seen early. My primary care doctor Christie took a lot of time with me to ask questions and see the bigger picture. She was extremely thorough and I felt seen and heard and cared for and given the proper medication and referrals. Also, the front desk office staff were extremely friendly.
