Dr. Hartlage and his staff are compassionate, professional, easy to talk to, and just down to earth people. My normal wait time is approximately 10-15 minutes. I had an emergency about 3 months ago. I came in to the office after scheduled appointment. Dr. Hartlege's nurse came out and spoke with me. No knowing what was going the nurse got a wheelchair and wheeled me to the ER. Now that's caring for your patient. She didn't want me to drive myself or leave the hospital. I truly love my doctor, his nurse and staff. Keep up the excellent work.

My wife came in showing signs of early labor. No one can answer our questions. It was like our questions were being met with a question. All the staff our very short and seemed cranky. My wife in pain felt like she wasn't being listened to nor did it seem liked they cared. Also the nurses were talking crap about other patients that were being seen.

Not super happy. My appointment was at 8am and I wasn't seen until 11am. I have never waited so long for a doctor in my life. They didn't have all the paperwork I needed, so they were trying to get the paperwork from my PCP during my appointment (they should have had it done way before the day of my appointment). They got the paperwork around 9:30am and still made me wait an hour and a half more. Dr. Hartlage came in with his nurse practitioner acting they had just received the paperwork, but little did they know that the nurse came in to tell me around 9:30 that they just got the halter monitor results that they needed. Why I needed to wait an extra hour and a half after they had all my paperwork is beyond me. Dr. Hartlage came in and talked to me for about 5 min And sent me on my way. Super frustrating. The staff is really nice and so is the doc, but I don't like my time wasted like that. Not ok.

Excellent care from Dr. Hartlege, Kyra, and all the staff. Been seeing them for a few years now and they have been very thorough and accommodating.

Great doctor. Very happy.
