I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of support and unwillingness to assist. After my UC visit, I contacted Genesis to schedule a follow-up appointment, but was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. She curtly informed me that the doctor is fully booked until July and offered no alternatives other than sending me to Crawfordville, which is not a viable solution for me. I attempted to speak with someone else or even reach the doctor directly, but received no response at all. At this point, I am seriously considering changing doctors due to this poor experienc

Wow! Where has this doctor been all my life. He has such a good personality with compassion and down to earth. He does not rush you and literally wants the best for you. I never ever leave 5 stars for any doctor but this man has my 5 stars and then some. His PA Amy was so very nice and she was amazing. Plus the office staff were so nice and runs well as for me when the office staff stinks that's means the entire office is a no go for me.
