Patient
This office was filthy. When I arrived when they opened. The doctor was in the next room chatting it up. My room was next to the break room. After waiting about 45 mins. Mind you I'm the only patient. I asked the receptionist what's the estimate wait and she told me she won't rush him. I corrected her and asked for the estimate timeframe. I went back to my room after she was not giving an answer. I went back to the room and it's got quiet I could not hear the doctor anymore. She came in and said she is also a doctor Joanne and I'm not the right fit for them and gave me my paperwork and walked out the back door. I was left in the facility alone. I reported them to the department of health due to the pictures I will post but nothing was done. The people they don't want maybe because with self respect and know how businesses are ran. They are money hungry. I was kicked out without a way to immediately ask for a refund for my copay. The pictures don't do justice. They are money hungry individuals. As a person of color to another it is not a place I would trust with my health.
