This office is terrible. Inability to reliably reach the office by phone. After four consecutive days of calling without success; the receptionist answered, " Dr. Gupta's office, please hold," the call disconnected. This happened 3 times in a row. When asked to speak to a Supervisor to explain challenges in obtaining a referral (6 months)- the interaction was more troubling. She was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly kept interrupting me. To be told that I was not experiencing, repeated dropped calls was both unprofessional and unacceptable. She ultimately hung up on me.
This disregard for patients fails not only basic standard of customer service but serious risk to patient health.

Yes my mother in law is his patient for years. And me and my husband Don't approve of the way he takes care of her. We told her to change him she has good insurance so why she should put up with that.. he is rude and speaks to her like if she was a child . But thank God my mother in law is from N.Y and she has that attitude.

Bad service, the doctor is dismissive yet orders a lot of tests, and insists on them being done in his office even though I have a PPO plan, obviously so he can make the profit. Even if it's done else where I can always obtain the cd for you to review. He has a nurse following him around with a computer, very awkward. Kinda wish she was an NP, I wouldn't mind just seeing her. No privacy

Since September 2024, Dr. Mohan Gupta MD has been my Primary Care Physician. Two locations practice with excellent Professional staff providing quality services. Inhouse treatments with Lab, Xrays, Ekg, MRI and Many more. Six days a week with two Physicians extended hours. Ample of parking space. Without hesitation I will recommend. God bless Dr. Mohan & his wife Dr. Meenu Gupta MD.

Dr Gupta is a thorough physician. He takes his time when treating you and don't just treat you like another number. He takes time to listen and form the proper diagnosis. I have been going to him for years and I have recommended many family members to him. Very good doctor.
