Dr Hafeez is FANTASTIC! Since moving to Florida 4yrs ago, I have not found a single health care professional that has taken my concerns seriously or even listened to me. I'm a fairly new patient, but I've seen him twice and feel like I'm finally getting the healthcare we're meant to have. The staff is very professional and friendly. I am so happy to finally have a good doctor.
You think when you called them, they would have all the answers for you but clearly when it comes to Medicare, no one really knows what it covers so I just ended up hanging up. I was on the phone for 20 minutes going in circles.
This place is unprofessional and unethical Dr. Ahmad saw me as a patient refused to explain anything to me 7 months later canceled me as a patient after sending me a certified letter stating he will still be my dr for 30 days. I will be filing a formal complaint and calling a lawyer. Never once did Dr Ahmad or his nurses call me back then commented on my review that my demand was higher than state law which is untrue. I will post a review everytime I see it gone the way Dr Ahmad's office treated me was unprofessional and rude.
Dr. Hafeez didn't save my life but he deserves 5 stars anyways.
I have been coming here for a couple of months now. This morning I came in for a blood work and TRINA however you spell her name... her customer service is terrible. Way to early in the morning to have an attitude, didn't say Goodmorning nor her name, I asked her a simple question and she wanted to be smart about it. Eveyone else in this office is nice and polite. I hope Trina has a wonderful day and hopefully she can come to work with a great and positive attitude next time.
