I have heard great things about Dr. Kiner from this office from previous of his patients, but I will be reporting back with a lot of them to tell them this terrible discriminatory experience occured. The office at this staff is the most unprofessional, and rude receptionist office I have encountered in Pinellas county. I called to schedule an appointment, and I was told I needed to sent my records of previous doctors to be even be seen. I was made to drive 1 hour to make this happen, and once my records were sent, which they only check once a day mind you, I was told I had to wait for the Doctor to even be considered because this is a second look reevaluation according to them EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. The whole time I am telling the staff that the reason of me wanting to get an appointment was for a whole different issue, i just happen to have gone to a urologist before for a different issue, but nonetheless I have been told they will not give me an appointment because they do not care to take on my previous mild case I had over ayear ago, even though this is a whole new issue. I explained this to the lady on the phone and said a supervisor would call me back and no one ever reached out. Now i am in pain and waiting for other places thanks to the staff here. BEWARE OF THE RECEPTIONIST STAFF

I was a walk-in today for labs. Waiting room almost full. Was told might be at least one hour wait. I had barely sat down, pulled my phone out to read and pass the time when my number was called to register. Girl (I'm a senior so they are all girls to me) was so pleasant and friendly I felt like we were old friends. She was best example great customer service. Again, back to my seat but just for a moment as a lab tech called my number. Surprise! She was just as pleasant and welcoming as my first contact. We chatted, laughed and in a matter of minutes she had taken my blood (didn't feel a thing) answered a couple of my questions and I was on my way as she wished me well. Thank you St Anthony's for hiring these competent, lovely young women. In this time of incredible stress for all, they not only brightened my day, but made a positive impact on my outlook. I hope they both know how valued they are.

Great Doctors, and great lab. It does get crowded, but they do their best to get your labs done asap. The staff is great and getting bloodwork is a breeze, with no pain. The imaging people are very efficient. Getting a mammogram is quick and easy. I can also say the cardiologists are great, urologist is great, internist is great, primary care doctors are great. Eye doctor is just ok and the wait is long and sometimes they forget you are there. Nephrology department is wonderful. I highly recommend this facility. Valet parking is a plus too.

Great experience from a great staff. Always a pleasant time. Fast service, so the wait time is very short. Professionals who care about the patients work here.

2 major issues: -New Patient policy feels like a scam -Nurse Pat was horribly uncaring, impatient, annoyed, made me extremely uncomfortable and pressured. I was an established patient at this BayCare practice, but Dr. Vinalon left. So I booked my well visit with Dr Leong. They didn't tell me until I arrived that it would not be a well visit but a New Patient visit, have to book a 2nd appt for the well visit. They refused to tell me the cost. My insurance only covers 1 well visit. Nurse Pat rushed me back, would not allow me time to call insurance, and refused to tell me even a ballpark price range. Said it was up to Dr. Leong after he sees me! Everything about this seems wrong and unfair. I've since found a practice E & S Family Medicine that will book a new patient as a well visit in a single visit.
