What a joke yet again today. Waited 45 mins. to see nurse practioner. When I ask rude B at from desk what's up? Ahe finally goes & comes back stating." I interrupted them in patient room. Apparently there's an issue with EKG". I ask so how long? Of course Ms.personality says" I don't know!" Of course you don't!! If you're running behind why not call & inform patients? This is the 4th time. How do you allow a 91 yr young patient to have to sit when they've made their appt. showed up 15 mins early as requested? Poor poor poor facility. I am reporting them to insurance company next.

Issues with receptionist at front desk. Older woman was rude and unprofessional. Sad to ruin the reputation due to one old cranky woman with no flexibility, compassion, or empathy
