Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital

I absolutely love this hospital! The staff are all amazing From the physicians to the nurses to the staff at front desk the security officers the cafeteria Staff and all the staff from Different departments! I was treated like a queen ! They made my stay a very pleasant one , so pleasant I didn't mind staying longer . The attended to all my needs and concerns made me feel at ease about all the procedures I was going to have done , they understood my anxieties and helped me cope with it . Very loving staff , detailed and on point . The food was amazing ! The lasagna is better then one from A restaurant I swear by this ! My hat goes off to everyone in this hospital !

Wow what can I say about the staff at Orlando Health and my favorite surgeon in town! Dr Capibianco! Excellent, informative, caring, kind, efficient, warm bedside manners, top notch care and a great experience once again in something of course we all don't want to deal with when surgery is the plan! I love Dr Cap his knowledge, personality and a full force caring and friendly professional! He is a great person charming funny and so positive and caring! I give the staff, the care I received, the hospital, the procedure, and of course Dr Cap a 10!!!!!! I'm doing great ya'll and feel really good and no issues at all so far! Thank you again!

I cannot begin to express the appreciation I have for the Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital and the excellent care they provided me. Straight to the point, this Hospital saved my life. I was hospitalized due to cardiogenic shock and they treated me and admitted me immediately. Excellent care. Excellent doctors and nurses. Excellent communication. Excellent plan of care. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for them. I will forever be grateful to them and will always speak great things about them forever.

I recently visited Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital for a scheduled CT scan, which was one of the most pleasant visits I've ever had that involved a scan. A friendly security guard welcomed me from the moment I walked in, setting the tone for the entire experience. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely friendly. The technician explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Before the scan, they attached a few sticky patches with sensors to my chest and below my ribs as standard procedure, but here's the impressive part: after the scan, the technician removed them with a magician's touch. I was fully prepared to lose some chest hair in the name of medical science, but they somehow made it painless. I'm still not sure how they did it, but I appreciate their technique! Overall, it was smooth, efficient, and even a little fun. Five stars for professionalism, kindness, and sparing my chest hair in the process!

I am very pleased and completely impressed with the treatment and kind care, that I have received at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital. The nursing staff along with all the other departments have been absolutely excellent. Their gentle and supportive care made my hospital stay comfortable and even enjoyable. My room as well as all the surrounding areas were very clean and beautifully maintained. I was always addressed with the upmost respect and professionalism. The hospital doctors and specialists were very involved in my care and attentive to my treatment. I would highly recommend Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital.
