I have been with Dr. Barden for over 30 years and he is by far the best in his field. He always takes time to listen and gives you great advice. He is a Very caring doctor. I actually drive an hour to see him since he moved and it's well worth the drive. His office staff is awesome. Everyone is happy, which is nice to see in a doctors office.

Although Dr. Barden is not accepting new patients at this time, his front office was very professional and courteous in returning my phone call...the same day. They left a message and also made a second attempt to speak to me personally. Very nice.

I met Doctor Barden after a ride to Sebastian hospital in an ambulance that also required an emergency cardiac procedure. I am so blessed and fortunate that I got Dr Barden as my cardiologist. It was very early in the morning when I arrived in the ER and it was determined that I needed an emergency cardiac procedure and the call was made. Dr Barden was not even at the hospital so the nursing and surgical staff prepped me for the procedure and wheeled me into the suite all ready to go. I was scared and never met this man in my life when all of the sudden Dr Barden walked in the door, came up to me on the table and put his hand on my shoulder and said in the most calming voice..."Everything is going to be ok, I'm here now. I'm going to scrub in and we are going to get started". At that point I became much more relaxed and felt an overwhelming feeling of trust and comfort. Yes Dr Barden saved my life, which is worth a 5 star review on its own, but I can honestly say that he is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, caring and competent cardiologist and even a better guy overall. He visited me every day in the icu, pulled up a chair to check on me and just talk...it was like I was a family member. He never rushed. He discussed my medical concerns, what to expect and answered every question my wife and I asked. He would discuss life in general getting to know me and my wife. I have since seen him at his office for my follow up and received the same level of care including the Q&A put on by me and my wife as well as calming and lighthearted conversation. He remembered every detail of my health, treatment and even family and personal triva. He continued to reassure me, comfort me and even make me laugh. I will be his patient as long as he will have me. Not once did I feel like it was about money, time or quota. Do yourself a favor...if you ever have a need for a cardiologist seek him out! You will 100% not regret it and you will get to experience a different level of care.

Dr Barden and his whole staff have been nothing short of amazing. He really takes his time and explains everything to you in detail. He ran tests another cardiologist failed to do and explained my test results and gave me helpful advice to improve my overall health. He treats you like a person and not just a number. I am grateful I found Dr Barden and would recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic cardiologist. Thank you Dr Barden and staff!

I had the good luck to go to the ER fainting about twice an hour. The end result was I needed a pace maker and I was fortunate that Dr Barden was on hand. Wonderful communication, explained everything so my feeble brain could grasp it.
