About Dr. Jose D. Rivera-Jimenez, MD
Dr. Jose Rivera Jimenez is a board-certified cardiovascular disease specialist and fellowship-trained cardiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Cardiology in Sebastian. He is skilled in all areas of non-invasive cardiovascular disease, and his expertise includes electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, stress testing, nuclear cardiology, coronary artery disease and hypertension. Dr. Rivera received his medical training at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship with the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He also is board certified in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Rivera is fluent in English and Spanish.

My experience at the office was more than I could have expected. The staff was very kind and Dr Riviera was very professional something that I have not experienced in the last year. I know that he is my cardiologist, but when you experience doctors that don't seem to care whether it's your primary physician or whomever else, it makes you not want to deal with doctors at all. So I thank God that he has put me with someone that truly cares and can find out what's going on with me.
