I would like to thank Dr. Walker to the bottom of my heart (pun intended). On 9/9/24 I was sent to SMH for heart issues that my local cardiologist was unable to remedy. THANKFULLY, Dr Walker happened to be the heart surgeon on duty!!! She, as well as Dr Steven Silverman and Dr Sailendra Upendram are the only reasons I'm still walking upright on the planet!! I have been advised to be thankful that she did my triple bypass, and I certainly am!!! THANK YOU Dr. Walker!!!!!

Dr. Walker is the BEST! We were in Florida, our first time as snowbirds and my husband had some issues that resulted in a quadruple bypass. She was AMAZING! She took the time to sit down and explain everything in such a calm, caring manner. It was almost as if she took care of the family as much as she did her patient. She, and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my husband had the care he needed. Not that anyone wants to go through such a surgery, but if you do, Dr. Walker is the ONE

As lay people, we only know doctors by their bedside manner. Dr. Walker is second to none. She made me feel comfortable from the start. As I spoke to more medical professionals, I became equally impressed with her surgical skills. She saved my life.

It all begins with making a patient feel valued. I was having Cardiac issues for over a year and finally transported by ambulance to a facility in Ft Myers where I was diagnosed with an Aortic Aneurysm. My CTA was evaluated and deemed non-interventional, then discharged with two new B/P meds. Within a week I was back in Cardiac distress. I ended up at Sarasota Memorial where Dr K. Walker and her team conducted CABG surgery and care to bring me back to semblance of wholeness. I am deeply grateful.

Dr Walker saved my life. I was a very high risk heart patient and she took me on anyway. She is a very talented and gifted doctor. Her bedside manner is the best. Dr Walker is an asset to the medical profession. I am forever grateful.
